Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was ideal close to the main square, the old town. Efficient staff in general management and service and airy room.

It was tidy place, staff were funny, and I loved my unique room. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. An amazing breakfast for every taste.

Truly exceptional hotel with stunning restaurant and satisfactory breakfast. The night bar was small and the staff were brilliant. The room was average and nice size, we liked it. The location was glorious, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic square.

We had a such wonderful stay at this grand old hotel. Refurbished rooms, knowledgeable stuff, absolutely perfect location - loved it! Absolutely fabulous view, a little balcony, perfect bed, too. There was an outstanding restaurant, stores and a market next door.

free wi fi was working perfectly. had such facilities in the room, like satellite television, a heating system and a laptop-compatible safe. breakfast staff very appreciated. 15 min walk to the heart of nice.

The hotel is located on an noisy street so be ready.

We always stay at this superior hotel and will choose the place for future trips. We really enjoyed location and views, they were excellent. Promenade des Anglais district certainly deserves to be visited🙂
